I don’t offer different tiers of services, or packages at different prices. All of the partners I work with receive everything (and more) that is outlined below. Throughout my career I’ve seen what prevents success, so providing a “budget” or “premium” option would be a disservice to the partners I work with.
I’ve always enjoyed solving complex problems, and I bring that passion to each partner that I work with. I want to focus on removing roadblocks so that we can invest more attention toward innovation to elevate your paid media program.
As a result, I’ve become an expert in solving the following problems:

Solution
I’ve developed a thorough audit process that evaluates all parts of your campaigns from creative, to campaign structure, to audiences, to landing pages, to conversion tracking and more. This process will allow us to consistently improve efficiency.

Solution
After I get an understanding of your business, I’ll put together larger strategic plans (bi-annually or quarterly), and break those down into smaller monthly and weekly tasks for a more proactive approach to drive performance instead of reacting to it.

I use a suite of artificial intelligence tools to make asset and landing page development a breeze. I own this process and pay for these tools at no additional cost to you.

This is table stakes for me. I’m always monitoring news outlets and industry professionals for relevant updates that might impact my partners. To hold myself accountable here, I publish at least one blog post a week.

My onboarding process begins with a quick wins audit on day one, and the opportunities found in that audit are implemented by the end of week one. This allows me to make some immediate improvements while also conducting a more thorough analysis across your business and existing paid media program.

Solution
Working in ad platforms is only one piece of a larger paid media ecosystem. I’ve developed an offering to centralize ownership of more pieces of that ecosystem (tracking, creative, research, etc…) so that we can seamlessly grow your business together.

When working with me you’ll have one holistic agreement which covers a wide range of paid media channels and platforms, reporting, creative, strategy, etc… my goal is to remove roadblocks to help you grow.

Solution
I’ll set you up with access to the project management tool I use (Basecamp) as well as provide you with access to my Slack workspace. Additionally, I send over a breakdown of what I’m working on each week at the start of every month so you’ll never have to wonder.

Solution
You’ll be working with just me, so there isn’t any team member turnover. The goal is to create a long-lasting partnership to help your business continue to grow.

Solution
I’ll never work with more than three partners at a time, so that I can devote as much time as needed to being present, dedicated, and innovative to each.
